Steps of Offset Printing

1. CTP - Computer to plates

A printing plate is created for each color that will be used in the final printing process, normally CMYK full colors, total 4 plates for one side printing needs.

2.Plates to Press

The CMYK printing plates loaded onto the printing press, which uses rollers to transfer ink onto the plates. 

The inked plates then transfer the image onto a rubber blanket, which in turn transfers the image onto the paper or other material.
